At Bunker Ltd, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
• The item is in original packaging with tags intact
• Proof of purchase is provided

Items that are not eligible for return include:

• Sale or clearance items
• Customized or limited-edition items
• Underwear or personal wear items (if applicable)
• Gift cards
  

To request a return:

2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. Await return approval and instructions

Returns sent without approval may be rejected.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except where the item was defective or sent incorrectly.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing time may vary based on your bank or payment provider
  

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect

• Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery
• Subject to product availability

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Notify us within 48 hours
• Provide clear photos or video evidence
• We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost

Failure to notify within this timeframe may void eligibility.

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled

We reserve the right to:

• Reject returns that show signs of wear or misuse
• Limit or refuse service to customers with excessive or fraudulent return behavior
